We, The Cerne Abbas Brewery, hereby pledge to produce the finest ales possible. We will carry out this mission with pride and passion. Not a sausage of quality will be compromised in the brewing of our beers.

However, we are human and if you do happen to receive goods that are faulty please see below for information on returns and refunds.

To return purchases made on-line from Cerne Abbas Brewery, the customer is liable for all return shipping costs except in cases where goods are faulty, in which case they will be reimbursed to the customer.

Once the goods are received back in our brewery, a refund will be processed for the goods, minus applicable shipping costs, unless the return concerns faulty or damaged goods. Please return merchandise items in their original packaging to;

Regarding any beer, cider or spirit goods, if there is a problem with your order, items are faulty, or you wish to return goods for any other reason, please contact us at cerneabbasbrewery@gmail.com

If an attempted delivery is obviously damaged, you are within your rights to refuse the order, at which point it will be returned to us. If you choose to do this, please contact us at cerneabbasbrewery@gmail.com and we will either resend your order if every item is in stock, or provide a full refund, whichever is preferable.

Refunds will not be issued in the instance of an order being placed outside the conditions of the delivery parameters stated on the checkout page.

No refunds are due in the case of service interruptions.
